Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field. (preferably in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering.)
  • Have at least 7  years of experience in Digital Transformation or Project Management.
  • Fluent in English.
  •  Ability to closely follow and implement technology trends.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to lead digital transformation processes and develop strategies.
  • Preferably having professional certifications.
  • Ability to manage 3rd parties.
  • Ability to work as part of versatile teams.
  • Good at planning and being proactive in taking actions.
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in process modeling and project documentation.
  • Power BI, SAP, MES, SQL Knowledge is a plus.



Responsibilities:


  • Leading the development and implementation of the company's Digital Transformation projects and process.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and aligning them with the company's strategy.
  • To identify and offer solutions appropriate to company system needs.
  • Cooperating and leading with project teams / departments / third parties.
  • Making presentations about action plans to C-level managers.
  • Increase digital awareness within the company and organize related training sessions.
  • Oversee the selection, installation, management, and updates of hardware and software systems.
  • Contributing to the use of the right technologies, legal compliance checks and audits of digital solutions.
  • Establishing and coordinating internal-external communication plans within the scope of digital transformation goals and roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Support continuous optimization of technologies, driving improvements in efficiency and productivity.
